That's right, there is money on a piece of paper you usually throw away.
Introducing the app, SNAPCART! (Sounds like an apple ad. Haha!)
Snapcart is an interesting way to earn money by snapping a picture of your receipt. I know, it sounds sketchy and honestly not credible if you don't know someone who uses this app. But I'm here to put your doubts behind this app. Here at Maia's Money Saver Tip Blog, I'll try it first and see if you could do it too. Yes, YOU! You cheap-steak, you!
It's 100% legit. And yes, I already received a cashback.

How much cashback did I received?
It's more over ₱300 but not over ₱350. There was a transfer fee.
How did I received the money?
Thru a Bank Account that I registered on the app. It supports most of the major banks here in the Philippines.
How long did it take me to earn the minimum amount for cashback?
It took me like 6 months to get at least ₱300 (That's the minimum amount for cashout), We weren't really snapping that religiously. But If you do a lot of grocery shopping, you can earn a lot more.
What kind of receipt do they accept?
There a whole FAQ page on the app. And you could always message the customer support if you have further questions. I'll be posting a screencap of the whole FAQ page.
How long does it take for your receipts to be approved?
Usually a day. Just be mindful of your snaps. I had a few rejected receipt because of bad lighting but I also had rejected receipts because the app didn't upload the whole photo I take. When that happened, I emailed the customer support immediately but the sad thing is, I already threw the receipt and it's past the 3 day deadline. So, the moral lesson is don't throw your receipt yet if it's not yet approved.
I still think that the app is still a bit buggy but I suggest that you should link it up with your facebook or email for back-up of your data. But it's basically free money! There's no harm on trying. Just check it out first, see if you can do it weekly and decide if you what to continue using it.
So, that's for my Snapcart episode. If you have suggestions and other life secrets you want to share just comment it down below and let's make an article about.
